When we get your application, your Advantage+ representative will call to “meet you” and to discuss options to best fit your needs. We will usually complete our underwriting process within a day, then email or fax our commitment. When you’re ready, we’ll send your documents for signature. When we get them back we’ll be ready to fund your loan as agreed.
